Default why is my motor still bouncing around?

i took my motor out a while back to get it built, then after it was done and got it back i put it back in, with new energy motor mounts...which are stiff and make my car vibrate, but for some odd reason when i shift hard my motor still bounces around...i also put a new torque mount on...any ideas?

The ES mount inserts help a bit, but they are a band-aid. I modified mine by drilling holes in them bolting the front 2 inserts into the mount so they don't slip, but the good answer is a set of Hasport mounts. Since I got Hasport mounts the motor just sits there and doesn't move. I don't even need the front 2 mounts any more.

Here's where I got my Hasport mounts:

Great service and fast shipping, just be sure to call them and tell them you want H-T member pricing because it's a lot cheaper than his advertised price for the mounts. I got the "Street" mounts (the softest ones) and they are extremely stiff, not sure if you'd even want the "Race" version, as that's got to be brutal.

Are you shure it your engine who is bouncing or is it your car doing it when you`re accelerate?

do you have some traction bars?
if not try full-race`s

$359.95 for hasports if you get them through Full-Race. I got mine not long ago you can definantly tell they are quality made parts.

Nobody I know who has bought the Hasport mounts has regretted spending the extra money on them.

I just bought innovative motor mounts, they are a bit cheaper than Hasport and have a lifetime warranty, and choice of urethane hardness.. I think its 60/75/or 90A

I got mine for 270 shipped at Robearracing.com
