Default B18 Nonvtec motor, What head should I put on it?

hey guys, I just bought a Honda Civic EX with a B18 motor in it, block and head. I was wondering what head I should go with so I can have VTEC. Im sorry if this is a stupid question, But i would like to buy the correct head and not go by some of my friends word and get the wrong one. Money is no issue, So I would like to get teh BEST VTEC head.
thanks

And here are some pics of my car, If anyone wants to see them
Hello guys, Well I owned my Mk3 supra for about a month and then some things happened and had to get rid of it. I turn 16 on June 5th so my parents decided I could start looking for cars to buy. My dad isnt too hot on supras ( He doesnt care if I have one but he just doesnt want to put his money towards it :bigthumb:.) My dad has told me I should get a Civic. So I was bored and went on Ebay to look at Civics. I found this one and I just loved it. I never thought I would own or even like a honda civic). Car is mine, already paid for, Just have to go pick it up. It will be 3 weeks or so, My parents are going out of town the next 3 weekends, and one of them have to take me, but I will take more pics once its at my house! Car made 305WHP @ 14PSI.

yeah ok, you can't make me believe that a 16 year old needs a car with more than 100 hp. and I don't want to hear "oh, i got my hardship at 15".
kinda like most guys my age that go buy harley's, it's called the more money than sense syndrome, and it seems your parents have it in spades.

well, you probably dont want high compression, but it wont be that high given the pistons in there, go for a b16 head or maybe even an itr head, but the itr is really not worth it. make sure you get a tune after the ls/vtec swap as compression, timing, fuel and basically everything needs to be recalibrated.

don't misunderstand my statement, i have kids. my step-son went from a honda hatch to a nicely set up bmw, just think you need to learn how to drive before you get into anything with serious power.
