Default trying to manually wire power/ground for a radio

my wires kinda f'ed up, so i'm trying to hard wire up a power and ground for my radio. im not positive, but i think i've seen a pic of the under-dash fuse box and seeing a ground male connector? i know a bunch of em are power (constant, acc, and on) but I wasn't sure if there was a ground one?

or any ideas what to use as a ground?
