Default Engine compression was not bad but hydrolocked??

Hi
I have a 94 integra rs
. i did compression test today.
The result was a little less than 185 (182~183) for all three except 2nd one from the timing belt. the second one was 173 (172~175)....

MY question is that "Did the happening make the second copression slightly lower than others?

A week ago" on rainy day i had a hydrolocked..yes, i have AEM CAI
I totally had no idea what was going on at the time, now accidently reserched about the hydrolock.

Here was what it feels like, i was going for 30~35mph, all of sudden whole car was vibrating(like i were going over "tiny bumps" that are to wake you up which can be seen on the side of the highway; the rest area)
I thought at first my clutch was sliping, so i put it in the nuetral.....and the car became normal.....vibrating for about 4seconds.
about 15seconds later in my parking lot....it started again...and i put the gear in nuetral, nothing happended!!!!
Right away, i stopped the engine..

10mins later, i started again and works just fine, and i dont notice anything so far..
It is long, sorry guys.

Forgot to say!
I dont thinnk "i ran over a puddle"...i avoided water spots as much as possible b/c my paint chipping off( to slow down the process)
but it was raining a little heavy tough...southern CA..

You probably sucked in some water, but not enough to hydro-lock or cause any damage. If your engine doesn't knock, you should be ok.

If your engine has high miles, then your compression test is fine. Did you perform the test correctly?

Also, try putting a few tee spoons of oil down in the cylinder that is under question, perform the compression test again, and if you see better numbers you have a problem.

Um... i think a did it right...fully warmed it, full throtle, all plugs out,..
My mileage is almost 170000, just few hundres mile away from it.

I guess it will go up if i put little bit of oil inside..
