REAL electric turbos are hugely expensive and not commonly available. Half-assed kits that show up on eBay are usually bilge pumps from boats or other crud that not only doesn't provide boost, but often creates an intake restriction that actually robs you of power.

The real electric ones only last for like 10 seconds, but need something like 9 batteries.

they suck, usually they're just fans, like big computer fans, the concept is good though they usually do not produce enough power to be efficient in any way :-\

Honestly, they suck. The blowers physically can't flow enough air to be anything but a restriction. If people could spend a few bucks on a simple fan to make power, then everybody and their mom would have one. The only car's I see with electric superchargers have unpainted bodykits. Here's the HMT test on one: http://www.homemadeturbo.com/t...lower/

Yea dude, seriously just think about it for a second. An enigne at full throttle produces a great amount of 'suckage.' Enough in fact that you should be able to feel it if you place your hand over the intake pipe.

Now do you honestly think that a 2 inch fan running of a 12v sorce would be able to produce more then the engine is sucking in?

Absolutely not. Plain and simple.

I really don't understand how you can possibly not understand this concept without asking. It is a plastic fan, probably no bigger than your fist. It is powered by a small battery source. You might be able to cool your face off with it on a hot summer day, but there is no way that it can possibly spin fast enough to make any sort of difference. In fact, the only thing it is doing is blocking air flow to your engine, slowing it down because it has to go through that piece of **** little computer fan that you put onto your intake.

I have never heard of electric turbo. Electric supercharger, yes. But electric turbo.... HOW does that work really? Is it like electric fireplace? Or electric muffler?

Look buddy

If you want our opinion, fine, ask for it. If you're going to ask, don't argue with what we say. If you want to flush your money away for jack ****, fine, send it to my paypal, then at least one of us would be happy with it. You are seriously just wasting your money on that worthless turd.

Ok I just checked the link out.

I highly doubt that will do anything more than what the bilge pump/computer fan/leaf blower will
