Crankshaft speed fluctuation sensor ???

Crankshaft speed fluctuation sensor ???
I have a 97 civic with a OBD-II integra LS motor swapped into it.
I am getting a check light from the Crankshaft speen fluctuation sensor(p1337) , I tested the sensor(ohms meter) and It checks out ok. I had a 90 integra LS bottom end that I used, and I used the 90 crank grear for the timing belt and crank pulley.
I am guessing I should have used the 97 gear and pulley?
