Need help with wiring on obd2b to obd1 swap<<<<<<<< Please Help
Im doing a swap a obd1 B18c1 into a 1999 Civic EX. Some have told me the wiring is going to be a bitch. I have already got the harness to convert obd2b->obd1 on the ecu and have a P72.
I also replaced the injectors, and the alternator. Now im hearing people say the actual harness in the engine bay needs to be all rewired im using the d16y8 engine harness for this swapped i think the only sensor left is the CKF sensor.
Can anyone give me some knowledge on this? Or what all I need to know about the wiring and installing the motor.
The motor is in the car right now and she will not fire up i checked all the grounds, fuel pressure, main relay the fuses under the dash and the fuses under the hood.
The motor cranks but will not start up did i do something wrong with the wiring
just shoot me some ideas as to what i should check for next...
I know the motor was in working condition since i bought this motor from a friend who recently totaled his car

Can someone take a picture of there thermostat ground? I here that there is a ground on the harness but my d16y8 harness doesn't have one so i put a ground from the neg battery stright to the thermostat housing.
the thermostat ground should come out of the harness. and the negative is supposed to be grounded to the body not the thermostat housing. did you already wire up CKF? IAB?

the neg termainal on the battery is hooked up to the chassis of the car and it is also hooked up to the t-housing i do not see any ground wire from my harness to mount to the t-housing.

if there is no ground for your t-housing just make a wire for it...the CFK sensor u dont need to hook up since its a obd1 motor...if you were to convert it to obd2 then you would need to hook that up..how did u wire up ur dizzy?
