Yesterday I went to New England Dragway for the first time of the season, mods. were Spoon header, AEM intake, Carsound, and Apexi N1 exhaust. I started with the silencer installed on the exhaust and was running consistent 14.5's. After about 5 runs, I removed the silencer and started running 14.3's. After a few more runs I hit a 14.27@100.08 and then the best run of the day a 14.1@100.38. I am amazed with the results with just boltons considering the bad traction it was only 42 degrees.

i ran a 14.1 the other day and only hit 98 mph. i wish i could get in the 100's. nice times. i can't wait to get a header now. Oh and go on a diet.. OH and me on a diet too!

you do have a 13 second car ...with a 2.0 60 foot that would've been like a 13.9

You will probably hit the 13's next time. I wasn't there, but I was told that the track conditions were crappy ( a friend of mine was there with his mustang). Glad to see the bolt-ons are helping.

Ya, BFG Drag Radials... I was there from 9-5..I'm surprised you didn't see me there. I think I will also be running this Wednesday if anyone is interested in a Type R meet let me know. Hopefully with some better traction I can hit 13's.

i already ran 13.77 at 99.50

 

what do you guys think about the nitto 555r drag tires? that was what i was running on and only hit 14.7 at 95.17 mph. they didn't let me do a burn out in the water box so i think that could of had a affect on it too. plus these are brand new tires.
