suspension noise, need a conclusion.
i have the tein ss on a 98 ek. i was hearing some scraping sounds in the canyons when i was taking a turn at high speed or correcting a little bit of understeer. it turns out i was scraping the mud flaps from the dealer around turns. dont know if that could be it. what is ur camber like? id also pull off the wheel. check wheel well for any rub marks. along with ur tires for rub marks. but thats just me. hope i helped. good luck.
First thing you should check is your trailing arm bushings. Look into your fender well at the bottom front. You will plainly see the trailing arm, and it's huge round bushing where it mounts to the chassis (you don't even have to lift the car). Usually it wears out really fast on a lowered car because it's always twisted, so make sure it's okay. When the rubber cracks, it rubs against itself when your turning, and it will make lots of noise...

Yup, that's what mine looks like
It seems to make a rubbing sound when I go up driveways. Basically whenever the wheel travels up and down a lot. Not very noticeable but kind of annoying at times.

I get a kind of a rubbing/clunking noise at slow speeds going over bumps. I was told it was my trailing arm bushing, but if I reach up from under my car and grab the spring it's seems to be coming from the top of the spring. (not sure what suspension it has, bought it mod'd)
you should probably replace your trailing arm bushings. they dont look so hot. i think i told you this in another post because i've seen that pic before.
