no, it's not a anti sway bar... it's a strut bar!

Also, read his feedback, specially the negative ones to see how he handled his "bad ones" and decide whether you want to give him your business or not. Don't just judge the book by it's cover, read it....

Strut bar goes on top of the shock/strut mount, it reinforces the 2 points (front or rear) where is connected and makes the chassis of the car less flexible, therefore improving overall handling, specially when cornering or making turns.
The anti sway bar, is under the car frame, at the very bottom of the suspension. It is meant to improve handling and steering response by minimizing the body roll.
The 5th generation accord had a rear anti sway bar stock on EX models, but you can always (with a little customizing) install one off an EX onto a LX, DX or SE model.
There are aftermarket anti sway bars, which are thicker than the stock ones found in the accords, these will be a noticeable upgrade, and will maximize the potential of handling and steering response by stiffening the cars suspension.
I have in my car (97 EX) a front strut bar, just like the one you have in the link above, and I also have the rear upper strut bar, and also a lower tie bar. The most noticeable one, was the front one when I installed. I have good tires as well, and they have a nice grip, but when I added the strut bar, I could tell the car could take faster turns, which fell very nice.

Thanks for the infromation, do you think that will help my car. A stock 96 LX, i know if i got a "good" one it'd help, but thats what $30 all together, would that be a waste of money or would it help?
