Default Glass grime

im not sure if many of us have this problem but when it rains, the wiper blade will run through the windshield... but you can see a thin layer of grim or film on the outside. Can anyone suggest anything to get rid of this film? My wiper blades are new from Honda and I even tried Simple Green on the outside of the windshield and it didnt do a thing. Thanks

Tried windex yet? Another good product is Stoner's Invisible Glass. You can always try cleaning it with dishwashing soap, but be careful not to get it on the paint.

I use 409 glass cleaner. And I park my car facing the setting sun when I'm doing the inside of the windshield, so I can see every little spot. I also use a microfiber towel, because they absorb better than regular towels do. Vinager and water work well too, especially on window tint. Do not use window cleaner on the tint. It makes the tint film soft and sticky, and makes the window drag in the run channel. Hope you find some of this helpful. Happy Hondaing
