I have a d16a6 crx, I replaced the ignition coil, rotor, and cap and it still has no spark. Anyone know what it can be?

The ignitor inside the distributor might be dead. Check the bearing, and check to make sure the juice is getting to the dizzy. I've had bad plugs going from the harness to the dizzy and the spark didn't make it thru.

Have you tried plugs and wires? Also, check for water in the plug wells, that happens some times.

if there is watter in the well, use an air nozzle to blow it out. Holding a rag at the top helps to catch it and keep it from falling back in. Dont take out the spark plug until the water is gone, hydrolocking sucks, and it doesnt take much water.

I read somewhere that this means that the ecu is bad, is this true?
