Default 2nd Gen B16A Torque-down Specs???

I think this would be an approriate place to ask this, but I'm not sure, anyway, Tomorrow I'm going to be swapping some camshafts on a 2nd gen B16, and I'm wondering if you guys know the specs to torquing down the stuff that holds them in place? Sorry, I dont know the name of them Searched, only found something for the D16Z6

no it's ok, I got the torque down specs that I needed for them, the only remaining thing that I need is the torque down on the cam sprockets, do you know what those are?
