so i bought the car it had a seized up motor so i put in a ls and wheels and coilovers on illuminas and did complete ls brake swap brake booster and m/c and now i was on the way to turbo and now my ls has a bad head gasket so for the same price to completely rebuild my ls i just went out and bought a b16 and ecu for 1085 shipped so imm doing some tightying up of things while the motors out

as you can see the whole subframe is out


im paintin the bay white to kleen up things a bit

still got to do the passenger side


i had welded my subframe brace to fit for short rad now im replacing back with stock cause im going full rad now believe it or not never had problems with it either



the cam seals on my motor were leaking

oil pan bolt broken and i rtved the hole to help with oil leak but it didnt work to well

and this is the result of the oil pan bolt broken it just throws oil everywhere

my b16 will be here on the 24th and it will be in at the end of the month and running again i cant wait im runnig it on my ls tranny so i cant wait to see how it does when runnin previous friends i have raced

That's a hot car, i have two questions.

-What did it take to get that bumper on
-Which model did the front bumper come from.

 

its just the 88 89 model off the four doors it just a stock bumper

 

I wonder if that fits my 91.

so the engine bay is finished in painting

and here is the front subframe i drilled out the front motor mount braket it looks completely stock

i changed the outer tie rods for new ones and inner sway bushings

here is where the alternator would be and im welding in a relief so it dont hit
