Radiator help!!!!
I have a 94 civic with a b16 my radiator has a crack so I went to discount to buy another 1 and it looks exactly the same except the inlet on mine is 1 1/4 and the discount 1 is 1 1/8 and its the same on all yr civics...I tried to just tighten the clamp tighter but it still leaked.... Help!!!!!
I even ordered radiator hoses from a 99 civic SI and the upper hose was 1 1/4 and the lower was 1 1/8 inle and my motor has both 1 1/4 on motor side and they sell me a radiator that is 1 1/8 on upper and lower WTF!!!!

my roommate did something like that for his swap (it was temporary but it worked)
He took a piece of the smaller hose and slipped it over the radiator fitting and then put the bigger hose over the smaller hose and it worked! But like I said it was only temporary

Man I had the same problem with Autozone, I gave up and went to Honda and bought a radiator for a civic si. It cost about $225 but I went back to Autozone 4 times and they still couldnt get it right, with the radiator or hoses.

I may live in the middle of nowhere but we have a carquest here and it's the best when it comes to Honda parts. Even the Honda delear sent me there once
BTW we don't have an autozone or discount auto...

its pretty damn simple solution get some rad hose clamps and just tighten the pissoutta them so they are tight against the rad inlet i did this when i had my stock civic rad with my b18b swap. i never had a problem
