vtec not working car bogging

vtec not working car bogging
vtec works at quarter throttle.full throttle car boggs.not getting any engine codes.someone told me that it may be the distributor but the timing is fine dont know what else to check

if u have any mods u might need fuel management...My car did that cause I had alot of mods and was running the stock ecu, got it chipped and no more bogging at vtec

checked o2 sensor,timing,vtec solinold screen,computer,iabs are open.dont know what else to check car boggs at 3500 rpms
