i need a bumper that will fit over my ic and ic piping
my stock 92 civic bumper won't make it on. i need just a tad more space inside the bumper. does anyone have any ideas? i dont want a 1 piece front end. thanks.
ive seen so many EGs with stock bumpers and turbo set ups

Which IC are you using?? How thick is it??
It'd probably be best if you posted a picture showing us how far out the IC and piping stick out.
Your best bet would probably be some bodykit bumper.

i cut so much out of it including the webbing. the problem that it is having is fitting over my ic piping on the left and right sides. when i try to attach the upper side points to the fender they will not reach because of the piping hindering the bumper from moving back towards the tire.
I know what you mean. I had the same problem with my charge pipes.
If you're not willing to redo the piping, then just keep cutting until it fits. =\
