i didnt really get all my questions answer thus the reason for this post. I have the same bog problem at low revs i have a 1994 JDM integra sir mods includes CAI, JDM DC 4-2-1 headers, excedy stage 1 clutch. currently my car bog and while driving i smell unburn gas comming for my exhaust(stock) occasionaly at hard shifts fire comes out of the muffler, i am really worried about this problem as i got a check light yesterday error code was 41 which transulates to O2 Sensor heater??? Can someone help please as i want to sort out this problem before the weekend.

Buy an 02 simulator off EBAY they work 
. Or your 02 sensor is bad. There is a heater wire on the 02, some of them have 2 heater wires you may have a bad connection.
