First the setup, It is an h22 turbo in an eg, I have a venom intake manifold, dsm 450cc injectors, 255 fuel pump, aem fuel rail and regulator. Now the problem is that when we start the car the idle goes to about 3500 and starts slowly rising to 4000 and when it hits 4000 it sound as if its bouncing off the revlimiter. We have sprayed brake cleaner all around and the idle still doesnt change. Does anybody have any suggestions.

Its gunna be run off crome right now i i have a p28 chipped for the h22 with crome but, Do i need an ems just to start it up before i get it tuned??
