Fuel pump not working. Please help.

Fuel pump not working. Please help.
My fuel pump quit working on me when I did my ZC swap. When I try to start the car the #7 pin on the main relay doesn't have power. But it's supposed to be the wire to my fuel pump. If I supply a hot to this will my fuel pump work?
