Default B18a Rebuild New Pistons & Rods Yes or No?

So I've done some searcing and a Oem Gasket kit is about 150$ Some new ACL bearings are about 100$. The motor has about 198,000 miles on and it is not yet torn apart. With that amount of miles would it be smart to buy oem replacements pistons, rods and rings. Im not sure what Im going to do with the motor. If boost I would keep it OEM internals on low boost and Neptune. If N/A I would throw some PR3's in it the a PnP B16 head. I know it will be clearer to me with the motor apart but before it was replaced with a b20/vtec it had good compression but burned a little oil. It never seemed to smoke through!! All work would be done by a machine shop also. Also if I have to bore it out .25 over to get a perfect seal again would the sleeves be strong enough for boost or a good compression N/A beast!! Thanks for the input!
