The rears should come out by removing the two nuts located inside your trunk (#17 in the first pic), then you remove the single bolt that connects the Lower-Control-Arm to the bottom of the shock (#16 in the first pic)

The front shocks should come right out by removing all the top nuts inside the engine bay (#14 in second pic) and then removing the pinch bolt that attaches the shock to the damper fork (#22 in third pic). If the damper fork (#17/18 in third pic) is still in the way, just remove the tru-bolt (#24 in third pic) that connects it to the front Lower-Control-Arm (#7/9 in third pic) and it will drop down and out of the way.

If you still can't do it, you should take it to a mechanic...

the pic help, well, the thing is im leaving the shock and spring alone, i just unbolt the bolt number 22, and 17 on the last pic, and that thing juss push down and stay down, while the control arm pushes up, one of the side, i juss remove those 2 bolts and twist off that thing and it come off, this side, it seem like the shock, number 4 on second pic, pushed down and it bent....is there anythin else that i can remove to losen the control arm so that it wont pushes up?

oh yeah, i did it one side at a time, so i jacked up one side do it, drop it and then raise it up the other side while the finished side is down, does that have to do anything that keep the control arm keep pushing up???? i didnt think that it matter and i didnt try to lift up both side at the same time

If you have jacked up one side and the otehr side is on the ground and likely compressed some, then if the front sway bar is still connected it will be trying to pull the control arm upward or at least resist you pushing it down.

Jack up the entire end of the car so both side of the front suspension are in dropp and your life will be much easier.

You are doing something very wrong as there is no need to remove the axle. Did you take the bolt from the bottom of the wishbone to the lower control arms out? This lets the wishbone drop down past the LCA. Did you remove the pinchbolt clamping the top of the wishbone to the bottom of the shock? This will let you remove the wishbone from the shock and remove it from the car and shock seperately. There will be no problem removing the shock and spring from the car without the wishbone on the shock.

You cannot (or at least it is very difficult to) remove the shock and spring assembly from car with the front wishbone still attached. Remove the bolts at teh top and bottom of the wishbone before trying to remove the shock and spring from the car.

yeah i know how to do them...it just this one side is mess up...i took it to the mechanic shop, and we found out that the previous mechanic or whoever did the car, mess up the shock...it bent...so when i removed the bolt, it snap down and wont budge...the upside down U shape thingy, the place where the bottom of the shock go in (pic number 22 on the 3rd pix) is wide open, so we have to replace that thing...o gosh, hope i make some sense lol
