Are these loud? i have a 90 Ls and im going to be running megan racing headers, stock cat, and maybe the dynomax muffler. does anyone have any experience with one?

 

it should be quiet.....but you have to run a resonator.....and get the longest casing 30inch dynomax muffler.

 

yeah, im not removing the stock ls resonator or the cat for that matter if anything its going to be this,

megan header - stock cat- stock resonator- dynomax muffler

 

My brother just put one on his '90 Integra, he has the stock cat and resonator. The muffler sounds great. Its just loud enough but not loud enough to be annoying. I'm actually considering one for my '98 Integra now.

Here is where the problem lies. Everyone has a different idea of loud and what to loud is you know. my advice to you is run it with no res. and if its 2 loud for u then throw it back on. but its got some bass to it sounds great

 

which model did you get?

 

im running one with my turbo setup and i can hear my exhaust at all. i love it.

ya i do. ill snap some tommorow. i had the muffler tucked under the car and had a pipe to come out the back. that way it wasnt so noticeable. 3' turbo back by the way.

 

I have a clip of my dynomax exhaust but the file is too big for me to host. Maybe I can rip the sound out of it.
