Default HeadLights problem Help ME.!!

All fuse's are ok (the ones under the dash) and only the brights work and even then only one shows up, pic kinda explains it, somebody help me figure out whats the problem .

also there are bulbs in there.

they have worked before, fine, now this is happening IDK why and its pissing me off, I even bought like 4 sets of bulbs thinking that might fix it, but no, I was thinking it was some wiring but I have no idea where to look,


I also have only 1 turn signal but I havent bought the bulbs for that yet, will that have any affect on the headlights

bust out a voltmeter and check for 12v with low beam on, high beam on, none on etc..

I've got the same problem on my 89 CRX HF in North Carolina. The headlights, turn signals etc all ground out in the same two spots (small yellow boxes mounted just beside the headlight assemblies; fender area) The grounds failed for my low beams. Check for continuity and fix any shorts/breaks there may be. NOTE: Maybe there is another underlying problem as both lights stopped functioning at the same time on two different sides of the car.
