Default Coolant lines to IM, EACV, and TB

can i just bypass/block off the coolant lines going from the EACV to the TB and the Intake manifold? I was planning to swap out the Intake manifold and install a "thermo" gasket which blocks off the coolant. This is for a B16 head and i live in hawaii where i dont have to worry about freezing temperature's.

The thing im concerned with is blocking the coolant passage from the intake manifold/cylinder head to the thermostat. Will this be detrimental to my engine?
