What are the different ECU's for OBDI 5th Gens?

I need to try a new ECU to solve a problem and am not sure what different kinda are out there...

poa - ex
pob - lx/dx

 

so, i'm still not sure what exactly that means

where is this number printed on the ecu?

 

on the sticker bar code.

the 3 digits after POA will very depending on auto or manual.

 

So, let me see if I got this

If the label say POA, I have an EX and if POB, either an LX or DX?

Are there only four ECUs then?
POA-(Manual)
POA-(Auto)
POB-(Manual)
POB-(Auto)

I'm only asking, because I need to be absolutly certain...
