I have a stock DA integra 91 and I got it for 400 bucks it runs mint but it won't tach over 2700. It makes normal power up until that point. I have checked the TPS and voltage is .5 at closed and 4.5 at WOT. I have switched the ECU with a known good ECU and it does the same thing. I am at a loss if anyone can help me please post up here. I have heard that it could be the crank angle/position sensor? I am going to check it out tomorrow I'll get out the haynes manual and see what it says for testing procedures. It's like the rev limiter has been moved to 2700 it's wild.

no CEL. It is my friend's integra I sold to him. (91 stock) he went to junkyard and got a distributor complete so he's going to try swapping out the whole thing. Will keep posted.
