What can I switch over from a B18 head onto a B16 blank????????

What can I switch over from a B18 head onto a B16 blank????????
I have a B18C1 head (bent the valves, long story), I wanna know if I can take a Blank B16 head, run Omni power Springs, Retainers, and valves, Inline four guides, and fill in the blanks with the B18C1 parts valvetrain wise. I know valve cover, intake manifold, B18C1 distributor, and the Vtec solinoid(?)

make sure u run b16a intake manifold and every thing else will be fine Like he said ^ cam caps from the b16a head must stay with the b16a head
