that fvcking spindle nut
well i got home from school today at about 3:00 and my parts were in(new front knuckle and UCA) so i started tearing down my old suspension to get ready to put the new one in. BTW i got my car in an accident with some oldsmobile. anyway i took off the caliper, rotor and undid all the bolts keeping the knuckle on. so then i tryed pulling it off and it didnt come. then i noticed that i forgot to take the spindlenut off. so i take a flathead screwdriver and a hammer and bend the little holder into position. then i take my massive 32mm nut and start to turn i then notice that the hub turns with it, so i position a crowbar between the wheel nuts and try turning it again. and again and again ive been trying to get that damm nut off since bout 4:00 im literally worn out from pulling with all my might. any suggestions to how i can get it off?
I weigth 215lbs.
I always angle the breaker bar (steering wheel locked so the hub is away from car) so that it is paralell with the ground.
Then I stand on the breaker bar and hop till the nut breaks loose. (hop without taking your foot off the breaker bar).
I was never able to break it loose with my hands.

of course, if you have an impact, that would be ideal.
just get a friend, your mom, or your dog to hold the brake while you break the axle nut loose with the help of a cheater pipe. done it before, works like a charm.

expletive me, i feel like an idiot. well i was able to remove the nut just by retrying after the WD-40 sunk in. well anyway i took ito off, then took the Knuckle off and just as im about to put my new one on, it dawned on me. i bought a knuckle from a 95 civic EX,(d-series) to put it on my del sol VTEC(b-series) so the ****** splines dont match up so i have to take my ball bearing to get pressed in the right hub, which means more dough out of my pocket, which means im an idiot. so i guess thats wht i get for being cheap
