welcome to HT, i see its your 1st post! before anyone makes this a huge deal ill help ya out. its a inline four cylinder engine, having only one (1) header. not header's...lol since you useing the b16 head, i would suggest going with a header made for the b16. but dont mark my words on this, i know there are some headers that wont match, and also some length issue's. located in the top right of your screen is a RED link, that say's "search" this is your best friend. make sure you search the Archived section aswell. as this topic has been covered numerous time's. good luck!

Get a 4-1 header.
Get a B18c or gsr header
B16 wont fit. Too short.

This is correct. The b16 runners will be too short to go around the taller LS block/oil pan. You can get a header for a LS or GSR, the main factor should be what kind of exhaust you are using. If you have the stock exhaust (or a 94-01 LS aftermarket exhaust system) currently, you should get a 94-01 LS exhaust (all of them will have a longer collector than the 94-99 GSR and will have an o2 bung in the collector). A 4-1 will be good if you don't care about clearance, but a 4-2-1 does the job as well, and you won't be scraping/denting it if your car is low.

One thing though, if you don't mind having a low hanging exhaust, and are willing to do some exhaust piping customization, you should go with a JDM ITR 4-1 (DC makes a copy, as do several other ebay companies). It has a longer 2.5" collector, and is a good low cost alternative, as long as you don't mind getting a 2.5" flange welded onto your cat or test pipe, or getting a high flow cat.
