quick manual transmission question

Default quick manual transmission question

can i use a trans off a 92-95 ex/si sohc vtec on a 96-00 ex sohc vtec engine if i use the fly wheel and clutch from the 92-95 setup. the engine i would be using 96-00 would be an automatic the only fly wheel, clutch and tranny i have is a 94 si d16 trans good or no good any help greatly appreciated thanks

92-95 trans/clutch/flywheels all bolt up no problems.

92-95 ex trans is the same as the 96-00 trans
92-95 si trans is the same as the 92-95 ex trans, only the si has a 0.750 5th gear instead of a 0.702 5th gear. The 0.75 is what makes the si "unique"
