I dont think it's ever been taken off. It's on there pretty good, tried to even break it with the starter motor but it wont break loose. Any suggestions on how to do this?

tried the air gun no luck......... even broke my air gun 17mm

put ur car on the ground, put blocks in back of the back tires, front on the front tires, get a 1/2" ratchet w/ impact socket, use a braker bar and take it off. Its easy.

 

i tried everything nothing worked yet keeping updated..............

 

get a bigger air gun....the only time this hadn't worked was on my 4 door accord when I was using a 1200 ft lb half inch drive airgun so I used the torch to get the bolt hot (not too hot) and the thing came out like butter.....don't know if you want to go this route but get a bigger airgun and some impact (black) sockets

 

i have a 1/2 drive air gun i was trying that i probley will try the heating up idea today and yeah it was a black impact gun 17mm lol snapped the side right off lol

 

try using a breaker bar and extend it with a longer pipe?

 

SO I TOOK THE BLOCK TO MY BUDDIES DADS GARAGE AND TOOK THERE AIR GUN TO IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM ...CAME RIGHT OFF I THINK IMA HAVE TO GET A BIGGER AIR COMPRESSOR
