What have you checked for? Are you getting fuel or anything? Why did this happen?

if it's the starter , it can to turn when you turn the key or not.. but if it turns, it's possible that it doesnt has enough power for the engine, or too your engine doesnt has spark.. or too your fuel pump isnt working..

you smell a bit to gasoline when you try to start your car? (i refer trhough exhaust , it's normal sometimes because the car is rich when it starts)...

well first thing you want to check is the fuses before you start spending money theres a fuse box under the dash and under the hood if the fuses are fine, pull out every spark plug and see if any of them are getting spark if none of them are getting spark then check the wires if there cracked replace then check the distubuter see if theres any cracks if so replace if not take off the cap and check the rotor if all thats fine its your ignition coil
