Third brake light doesn't work
like MOOGO says,,, there are 2 wires at the plug,, green/white ( power ) and black ( ground ) .. if you get both than you got an issue with the socket or a bad bulb...
if no power and the other lites work , than we know that the fuse is ok,, so you got a wiring problem,,,,,,,in no ground you got wiring problem..

I had a very similar problem except that my pass side brake and high mount light didnt work...it was a bad socket on the wires that go to the taillight....does your brake failure light come on in the dash?
