Default Brake light shortage

I have a problem. everytime i hit my brake pedal my brake light fuse breaks. Would that be because i have a bad ground or because the solenoid on the pedal is bad? i don't understand how all of sudden it would start f'n up. My taillights work tho....could some help me?

Check your brake tail light bulbs for problems. However, I would disconnect the connector at the brake light. Then replace the fuse and depress the brake pedal check if the fuse blowned again. if so, you problem is between the brake switch to brake light connector.

I disconnected the brake wiring harness completely from the fuse box and just had the harness from the brake solenoid on the pedal to the fuse box in the engine bay and it would still blow the fuse!!! WTF. So i used a different cabin harness and it still did the same thing! HELP!
