Default turbo LS not starting a little help please

here's an overview of what happend and what i did..

specs
98 civic coupe w/
b18b
tial 38mm wastegate 9psi spring
t3/t4
blox manifold
cartech fmu 12:1 ( shitty i know but kit came with odb1 injectors and i dont have hondata or uberdata yes)
missing link
golden eagle vaccum manifold box

the car ran fine for 1day pulled hard and everything, but i took it out one last time for a testdrive with my cousin and when i returned home i let it idel to roll into my driveway and thats when it died..

oil was all over the battery area the fuse box but not alot it was just thin layerd the pcv valve was broke i broke it on accident but it poped back together so i just left it like that.. but it was broken in half when i poped that hood that time.
the car didn't want to start. i checked fuses, spark, fuel, and timing.. so then i took the head off thinking the pistons would have some big holes in them but they where fine and so was the head.. then i took the head apart to find everything in working order.. BUT i did find out that my ls block has b16 si pistons in it.. the block and sleevs looked perfect aswell. although i think that it would have been pretty high compression i think for a turbo motor

so i put a new headgasket on rechecked the whole wiring harness redid timing but still no starting it.. also a mist of oil comes out of the breather hole where all the oil shot out of it before.. but its just a mist of it im gonna do a compression test tonite.. the only thing else i can think of is the rings broke or melted or somthing ?
anyone have an input this was my dailey and the turbo was supposed to be a 1 nite install but this is killin me
