Default Valve cover bolt broke, what do I do now?

I took off my valve cover to replace the rubber gasket. i took all of them off and they all seemed fine, until i tried to put them on, all of htem would screw in except one so i was thinking "what the heck is goin on", i looked at the end and it was broken off, stuck inside the threads inside. its the long one that is the rear row(only 2 on the back row) on the right side.

If i take this to honda, will they be able to fix this? or what are some options?

By the way, i did have the bolts torqued to only 7ftlbs like the helms says

any help is appreciated
