coil-overs!!!!
[QUOTE=kbanks45]Anybody have any input on these????[QUOTE]
I do! I have Dropzone coil overs (500lbs front 400lbs rear) with 4inches adjustable height and they only cost me a little more than 100 bucks. You can adjust them without having to remove the whole suspension, all you need is a tool that came with it. Same tool that can fit other coil overs as well.
They are great by the way, I like them a lot!!!
I've had them installed for almost a year now, and there's no rust on either the spring or the aluminum threads. Have not shown sides of wearing out so far.

I had them in my 03 coupe, they were awesome.
Now, I'm back to stock, so they are for sale with the yellow adjustable Koni's.
Let me know if you are interested.
I got H&R spring before with stock shox, but I need more for autox and track days.

not to pop your bubble but dropzone SLEEVE over is a flaming pile.
don't be surprise if you found out the spring that for your accord is the same one for prelude, civic, teg, corolla and camry.
you can't even say dropzone in the same sentense with ground control
ground control=excellent product for competition, if you get those make sure you have proper damper because your stock damper will not able to keep up with the spring rate increase

ah, the beautiful truth is finaly revieled! do your research, look into diffrent manufactures, one that are reputable, look for experiance, quality, and efficentcy for what the vehical will be used for... dont rush into anything, and remember, your fidling around with your life, so dont be cheap, heres few decent companys to look at, however i dont know how good ground control is... but id recoment a full coilover kit, and not sleeveys b/c thats just cheap! and very poor preformance!
tanable, tien, omni power, skunk2, ebotch... as these are all mainstreem manufactures, they come with a reputation, and for good reason
take the time to really think everything thru, factor in things like how are the roads where you live? how do you drive? what do you want the car to do? realise the lower you go, the more stress is being put on the vehicals suspension, it destroys camber, and knocks out your allighment, so you need to buy camber kits, new berrings (depending on how low), new rods, bushing, re-enforcments such as upper tower bars for both front and back to help correct slips and slids caulsed by syspension failier; this happens b/c the lower you go, the stiffer you need to be, and the stiffer you are, the easier your tires loos traction, suspension travle dosent help eaither when you have a sleeve over, and realising the lower and stiffer you go, the more under or over steer your going to create, this has to be corrected with swey bars, and to do this correctly you gotta figure in things like weight, tire positioning, ect... lets not forget the rims as they play a HUGE roll in suspension carictaristics, these are all thingd people never think about, some dont even know about, but all things that are in reality nessesary to proporly lower your car, and get the best preformance possible, while maintaining a constent and relyable level of safty...
this is just an example of whats truly involved when you "do somthing right" its costly, it takes patiants, alot of home-work, and of renching, and learning correct procedire to do things, it actully requires some effort, but i promise you, the end result will not only be well worth it, it will speak for itself... especialy when ripping a on-ramp at 105MPH and still able to control the vehical with efficentsy!... ok well maybe im getting a little overbored, but you get the picture! NOW DIG IN, AND BLOW PEOPLE AWAY!
EDIT: just wanted to add, if you try to take a on-ramp at 105mph YOU WILL DIE!!! i had to say this b/c i know some idiots who will try this!... (john)
