Default HELP w/exhaust...

My '92 Si has a DC header, 4-2-1 1piece. The stock cat wont bolt onto it.

What aftermarket cat will?

I've never seen a slip-fit cat before...

just take it to an exhaust shop. They'll make quick work of it.

Slip fit? Shouldn't there be a gasket in there somewhere? Sounds like an ebay special.

I was being sarcastic about the slip fit, but I'm pretty sure he was serious. But yeah, it either needs to be welded to the header, or weld a flange to the cat that matches the header, and use a gasket. Either way there is welding required, which is why I recommended an exhaust shop.
