Default squeeking/grinding sound from camgear area

Motor: B16A

-No timing belt cover. Everything is visible including the crank pulley, waterpump, etc..

I changed my timing belt recently and did so by following the proper procedures on Cspeed. This is my 4-5th time doing so but this time after chaning it, I've noticed a squeeking noise at low RPMs. As the RPMs rise, the noise will go away. At first, I had thought it was the alternator creating that sound, being the most common squeeking sound. But later, I noticed that it had been coming from one the cam gears. BTW, everything was set to TDC.

The timing belt was tensioned properly but it seems as if it's not rotating evenly. It has a "loose" look to it while it's spinning but I know it's not. And yes, it's the correct timing belt.

If I look at the cam gear (cut valve cover), it looks a little lop-sided but I can't be too sure because it drives the same and sounds the same excluding the fact that it'll squeek at low RPMs..

Does anyone know what this might be?

Please don't give stupid answers such as, "you fucked up your head."

I just need an answer of WHY it's causing that squeel..

Thanks in advance
