for the past couple days my cars tach SOMETIMES reads like 1000rpms lower than it really is, so when i start my car i idle at 0 and my rev limiter is at 7200 instead of 8200 rpms. it is not my cluster because it doesnt happen all the time just like every once in awhile plus i just got the cluster a few weeks ago. what could cause this, some people are telling me it is the ignitor in my dizzy. I have a 95 CX with a JDM GSR.

 

did you check your sensors?

 

you just got the cluster a few weeks ago, and it started doing it currently? sounds like we all know what the problem is here.

 

didi it do this befor u got the new cluster?? if it only started wit the new cluster i think its poked..
