Is there any step to installing a aftermarket camshaft and cam gear for a d16z6 on here,
and can anyone tell me how to adjust or tune it when it is installed, really need the help, Thanks

 

If you have never done this level of engine work before I would not perform this install. I would find a shop in your area that has experience with these types of installations and also has the ability to tune for the cam. There is no step by step other than a Helms manual, chilton at the very least.
Tuning is another ball of wax. Minimun you will want to do a VAFC tune and no one is going to be able to tell you what the exact values you want to set the unit to. Hondata or the like would be better.
Basically there is no real way anyone here can tell you how to do what you want to do.
