NEED help with JDM corner lights! JDM FRONT OWNERS!
My headlights didnt come with any wires or anything, so i was guessin you just relocate the oem USDM harness(two wedges or something) to connect them in the headlights, but the socket on the JDM headlights look like a 1156 or 1157, is there a way to use the USDM harness? or do i need to buy a different harness. if so anyone got some for sale?

Just curious what you mean... JDM front end conversions have blinkers in the headlights and on the fenders... Corner lights???
he means the blinkers, not corner lights, i had my conversion done at a shop they needed a new harness if i can remember and a seperate harness for the fogs.

i dont have orignal 1157.. isn't 1157 kinda like a socket type bulb round tip, the harness i have from my USDM looks like 2 wedges that are flat
on the stock usdm bumper lense, there are 2 bulbs. the outer ones are the small 168 wedge style bulbs and the 2 inner bulbs are the 1157 style bulbs. if you don't have the sockets, you should be able to pick some up at any auto parts store.

Keep in mind that the corners lights for the JDM front end conversion only blink, they arent supposed to stay lit. The bulb/socket you need should be similar to your rear blinkers.
A 1157 bulb stays light AND blinks, but the socket wont fit the JDM headlight without some modification. You basically have to grind away the tabs on the socket. You can use this bulb/socket so that your corners will stay lit and blink, but that's not the way it was intended. Doesnt really matter though, it looks good either way.

the plug has three wires..you can simply cut the parking light lead off the plug and it will only blink
