My Honda Accord 95 's wiper doest not park at its bottom position after switching on, it can only work in low and high speed, but it does not work in intermittent function (sometime it just move half cycle and die). Could anyone tell me this problem is due to faulty wiper relay or the wiper motor problem? Thank you in advance!

 

So were you able to find the control unit from your last thread?

I'm not sure what your problem is but here are a couple scans from a Helm manual that may help help you determine if your integrated control unit is bad or not.
