how hp gain from an itr head swap onto a b16a block?

Default how hp gain from an itr head swap onto a b16a block?

anyone know how much hp/torque gain from this swap?
im swapping an itr head with itr manifold and itr t/b onto a b16a sir2 block.
anyone have any experiences with this

why would you do that ,b16 is actually a better flowing head than the itr. . . . i wouldnt waste the money if i were you . just do some head work on the b16 and youll be cruisin .

Yea, maybe in dream land.

Anyway..

you'll lose low end and mid from the manifold, you'll gain some back from the cams.
top end, you'll pick up 5 or so.
mill the head 30 thou and you'll pick up easy 10-12hp.

i actually have a complete itr head sitting in the garage so i was thinking of slapping that on.
