Default JG-Fab Orders

We have ran behind on all of our orders.
We have moved to a new shop and are working as fast as we can to get everything up and running, we currently are having some power issues (we need a new transformer, ours isn't big enough to run our machines )
We will not be taking any more online orders until we are fully caught up (this excludes newly quoted orders)
Once we get fully caught up again we will be ready to rumble but till then please be patient so that we can get the orders out.

All orders will be done in the order of which they were ordered, so please no calling and nagging for us to get on yours because there are other people ahead of you (when you do this you put other people behind even further which gives me even more headache and makes them have to wait longer, so quite being so selfish).
We are currently behind on 15 peoples orders and 4 warranty jobs (some of these were multiple orders per person), to give an idea of how long each order takes (a log combo takes about 1-2 days to complete depending on how much luck I have ex: all tools, flanges, in stock and no breaking of any parts) so please be patient.

When we do get up and running again
all orders will be shipped out within 2 weeks tops, there will be a limit to the amount of orders we can have at a time however to keep from getting the mess we are currently in (behind many months )
Also we will have many of the normal items in stock ready to ship out same day.

Again sorry to give this sort of news but measures must be taken to give our customers the best product we can in a timely manner

-James

Its good that you stop taking orders when you get backed up . Unlike other companys that are backed up that continue taking orders.

im glad james notifies all his customers...
james works non stop to get these manis out...

he has a whole folder of orders... very well organized... once payment is made by paypal and such it is printed out and put in order when received.

then he knocks it out ships then goes to the next...

nobody should have to worry about james and not getting your stuff... not like some other fab companies on here

hey i might be sending some more local people your way...

Good ups James. I just got off the phone with your dad this afternoon. My USPS guy handed me an empty package with a large rip in the box

I bet everybody in this thread $10 that someone makes a thread asking where their manifold from JG is?

Yah my dad has had a bit of issues with usps messing up his orders
I use ups/fedex for all my orders now as I have had zero issues with this.
