ok, i need to install cluch master cylinder, my question is, before i take off old

master cylinder, i need to drain fluid all the way empty? and put new and start

bleed them as filling in? other question is, is it bad after install new unit and push

w/o any fluid in the line or tank?? cause i heard that i will damage the valve in the

master cylinder?? please clear this questions for me. thanks

 

No, just pinch the line coming off of the resvoir.

 

Why not drain it all the way, you got to bleed it either way.

 

drain all the fluid, just leave the valve on the slave open and pump til it's slurping, remove mc, put in new mc, fill, and bleed. the valve will be fine.

 

then just use hand to pump master cylinder to fulid go in the line. for few times?
