hey i am thinkin about puttin a cam in my 91 hatch i got exast intake an i figure might as well put a cam so were can i get a cam an wat can i expect from one- thanks

 

1. spell check works wonders
2.exospeed, zex, skunk 2, crower have some cams as well.
3. dont forget an adjustable cam gear
4. might as well grab a spare head to get ported and polished that way you can see more of the cams effectiveness. toss in some new rings and retainers while your at it.

 

used to know a site that sold racing cams.. raised yoiur red line for cheap. cheapest on is like 150 i think, you'll notice the difference and be able to redline higher. very good upgrade. might need an adjustable cam gear tho. those cost as much as the cam, sometimes more. replace all gaskets you remove, if u wanna do it right

 

Look into a sohc zc cam..

 

JG makes great cams for single cams....especialy if you run with carbs.

 

forgot about JG. also if you can try to get a cam from the jdm d15b vtec motor. its comparable to the zex stage one cam.
