Well don't forget all the little things, ie. timing belt, new plugs, stuff like that. Also you'll probably need new spindles too. A helms manual helps as well. Also think a head and figure out what intake, header and exhaust you want to use, if your staying n/a that is. Do as much to the motor as you can before you put it in the car, and take your time. I'm in the middle of my swap, b18c1 into my hf, and I work on it on the weekends, and just take my time. So far so good for me, so good luck with yours.

Do things that are easier with the motor out before you drop it in the car. Like clutch, timing belt, water pump, etc... Then once you get through the smog inspection you have 2 years to do whatever you want to it.

you'll need b series mounts, pound in the front lip on the cross member for trans clearence. an ef si harness will help emensily (need mpfi, hf isnt stock i believe). you will need an intermediate shaft for the drivers side axle.

new flywheel (lightened) or else have yours resurfaced
new clutch, timing belt, water pump, oil pump etc

IM superhatch hes doing this swap currently. i believe hes has all the wiring down now

I'm working on a 96 B18B1 in my girlfriend's 91 CRX DX right now. I'll give you a detailed parts list of what I'm using which should help:

ENGINE: 1996 B18B1
TRANSMISSION: 1992 Integra LS cable tranny
CLUTCH/FLYWHEEL: 96 flywheel, 1992 Integra LS clutch + pressure plate, throwout bearing
ECU + FUEL: 1991 B18A ECU and distributor, 90 CRX Si injectors + resistor box, 90 CRX SI motor harness
MOTOR MOUNT KIT: HASport billet mounts
OEM MOUNT BRACKETS: 1990-93 Integra timing belt side engine bracket and rear engine bracket
AXLES: 1992-93 Integra LS axles
INTERMEDIATE SHAFT: 1992-93 Integra LS intermediate shaft
SHIFT LINKAGE: HASport shift linkage
THROTTLE CABLE: 1990 Integra
CLUTCH CABLE: 1990 Integra
UPPER RADIATOR HOSE: 1990 Integra - trim to fit
LOWER RADIATOR HOSE: 1990 Integra - trim to fit

When you buy all this stuff separate be prepared for all the "hidden costs" like bolts, hoses and crap like that. I bought all OEM bolts for the major components (flywheel, clutch, etc.) and spent about $100 on that!
I don't know anything about emssion laws because we don't have them thank god. I doubt you'll be able to use the older 90-91 distributor, ecu and injectors so you might have to do a full OBDI or OBDII wiring change to be legal.
