Default Jaydm, whats the deal?!

This isn't a topic to inquire whether or not to do business with them. I've searched and read all of those which I found to have mixed responses. Anywho, I ordered my wheels and lugnuts from em' on Wednesday. They didn't have the wheels in stock but they said they could ship em' straight from Rota to my house. I ordered lugs as well which they had there in stock. Thursday evening I finally got my tracking number for the lugs and they seem to be right on their way. However no word on the wheels. I couldn't get ahold of anyone all of yesterday either. I think they must be super busy or something out there. They seem like really good people and the sales guy I talked to (Brent I believe) definitely showed an interest in my vehicle and had lots of good advice. I just thought I'd post my own mini-review thus far of my experience with em'. Just wish I had a tracking number for my damn wheels!!

I think the problem with the wheels has more to do with having to get them from Rota directly, since they are in the Phillipines. Just give it time =P

Good to hear reviews like this though. You know, the honest type that critiques a shopping experience without the biased "this place sucks ***!" point of view

Yeah, I'm hoping its just a matter of contacting another country to get the product. And yeah, I definitely don't wanna put this place down. The fact that the guy knew so much about my vehicle and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got what I wanted and not just what would earn them the most money. So unless I NEVER get my wheels and have to cancel my credit order I would consider this place again.

Glad to hear that. Makes me feel a little better. He seemed to "on it" everytime we spoke so hopefully I'll see my wheels soon. Thanks for posting!

Dude, aren't you jumping the gun a bit here? It's only been 2 business days since you placed your order! Even if they HAD STOCK it would take up to a week to ground ship depending on how far your stuff has to travel. I'd say give it at least a week before you give the guys a follow up call and ask what's up.

Yeah, I expected at least a week or two for it to get here, but I just wish I had a tracking number so I could follow the wheels. I have one for the lugnuts though. I can at least juggle those around while I wait for my wheels haha.

Yeah no doubt. Dropping money around always worries me, haha. Especially in larger sums. Oh well. I'm trying to get ahold of them today so I'll post here and let everyone know what I hear. Thanks for posting though!

Alright, so I spoke with Brent and he got ahold of Rota. I guess they were running inventory Friday so thats why he didn't have a tracking number. They are supposed to fax it over to him around 5 (california time) and he will E-mail it to me. Awesome guy, I can tell he is swamped but he still manages to take time to take care of the customer. Alright, Jaydm! Moving back up on my list, haha.

Sorry about the thread location. I didn't intend for it to drag on this long in the first place, haha. To the guy who just ordered a wheel, I think they have been super busy lately. I have had a lot of trouble getting through as well. Just keep on trying though. It seems like Brent is running the whole show there, haha. Everytime I call he picks up and is helping other customers at the same time. Busy guy.

Alright! I should have my wheels Friday. Big props to Jaydm. As long as they show up, which I'll let everyone know, they get my approval as a reputable dealer.
